A builder fee on each trade placed through this site, of 0.5% or 0% depending on how your order fills. Polymarket collects it with the trade and pays it to our builder wallet 0xd9105d257838ce34494c43cde2eebe75172155a7. It is charged on top of Polymarket's own fees, not instead of them, so a trade here costs that much more than the same trade placed on Polymarket directly. That is the whole of how this site makes money from a trade.
| Order type | Our fee | On $100 |
|---|---|---|
| Taker (most trades) | 0.5% | $0.50 |
| Maker (a resting order) | 0% | $0.00 |
Assume 0.5%. Pressing a buy or a sell button makes a taker order, which is the higher rate; the lower one applies only to an order you leave resting in the book for somebody else to fill. We cannot tell which yours will be until it fills, so the larger figure is the one to plan with.
Either way it is a fee on a trade, never a charge on your balance: nothing is deducted while your money sits in your own account, because we cannot reach it.
Something wrong, or a payment that has not arrived? Email support@bayes.markets with your wallet address and roughly when it happened.
Include the wallet address shown on your Account tab, and the build below. Almost every answer starts with those two, and a question without them costs a round trip.
We hold no balance and cannot move your money, so support can explain and investigate - it can never send, refund or reverse a trade for you. That is the same limit described above, seen from the other side.

The same answer as JSON, which is what a deploy is confirmed with - a green tick in CI is not the same claim.
